About Jindee Meditation

Jindee Meditation offers lessons for anyone new to meditation and mindfulness and for meditators' that would like to 'refresh' their style or practice.   Referrals from GP's and Psychologists' are welcome.  Regular meditation and mindfulness practice improves mental and emotional health, in turn improving  physical health. There is no age limit to begin meditation/mindfulness.  Anyone from primary school age can learn how to meditate and enjoy the benefits.

People meditate for a variety of reasons:
